I have been working in the Fitness industry for over 27 years and my priority is to give a safe and effective workout for all my clients. Using my extensive experience as a NASM certified personal trainer, corrective exercise, and nutrition specialist, I help my clients to achieve their goals in a short period of time.
I have experience and instruct yoga-based workouts such as Pilates, Body Flow, Yoga, Functional Balance, Core and Barre.
Moreover I am a certified TPI Golf Fitness Professional and a NASM Golf fitness instructor. I ensure my clients get the best results from workouts to improve their Golf game.
I instruct a wide variety of group classes from Boot Camp, HIIT, TRX to Yoga based to Dance classes that accommodate all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling challenged and successful.

My focus is to improve technic and body alignment during workouts and teach my clients to control their movements to improve their daily life. I am also experienced in weight loss and sports enhancement. I enjoy motivating my clients to be consistent with exercise and incorporating a healthy diet to become healthier, stronger, and more fit.
Credentials: Master’s of Science-Recreation and Health-Improving Physical Education; Bachelor’s of Science-Specialist of Olympic and Professional, Sport Management.
