I am passionate about health and fitness and will help you set realistic goals, keep you properly motivated and assist you in achieving maximum results! I specialize in weight loss, functional fitness, muscular strength/endurance, sports related and mind/body training. At eFitClub we have the tools you need to succeed and my extensive experience will allow me to coach you in attaining ALL of your goals.

Credentials: ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. Specialty Certifications include Pilates, Barre Ballet, Yogafit, MX4, Aquatics (AEA) and Functional Fitness/HIIIT Training

My goals for health and fitness are to get the greatest improvements in the least amount of time, and to keep it as simple as possible. As a result, my wife Mary Ann and I created the eFitClub. I am here to help you discover your fitness journey and to show you how easy it can be to “change your fitness, change your life”. From exercise to nutrition, making a few minor changes can have a significant impact on your life. Every small change you make day to day will have a compound effect and before you know it, you’ve dramatically improved your health and fitness!

My techniques for personal training include static and dynamic postural assessments, and a functional motion screen for each client.  While building muscle is always a primary focus, ensuring proper muscle balance and postural alignment will help to keep the body pain-free as we age.

Focus: Strength Training, Functional Motion Training, Balance Training, Fitness Nutrition and Weight Loss

Credentials: American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified Personal Trainer, ACE certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, ACE Certified Functional Training Specialist, ACE Certified Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, and CPR/AED certified.

With a Master of Science degree, Augusta brings a solid educational foundation combined with highly respected certifications including Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC), underscoring his expertise and commitment to excellence in the profession.

Augusta's career is marked by a series of progressive roles where he has demonstrated his ability to not only lead and innovate but also to inspire those around him. His experience spans working with individuals at all levels of their fitness journey, to members of the military and professional athletes in the NFL, revealing a versatile skill set that is adaptable and effective.

Augusta brings a unique background to our team as a former professional mixed martial artist, boasting an unbeaten record in the ring. He possesses the skills and knowledge to offer boxing training, whether you're looking to learn self-defense techniques or seeking a new method to enhance your physical fitness.

In 2014, August Hathaway made a significant contribution to the fitness world with the publication of "Special Forces Fitness Training: Gym-Free Workouts to Build Muscle and Get in Elite Shape." This book offers readers a comprehensive guide to achieving peak physical condition, drawing on techniques used in military training.

This background, combined with his dedication to staying at the forefront of industry developments, ensures that he brings the most current and effective strategies to our members.

I have been working in the Fitness industry for over 27 years and my priority is to give a safe and effective workout for all my clients. Using my extensive experience as a NASM certified personal trainer, corrective exercise, and nutrition specialist, I help my clients to achieve their goals in a short period of time.

I have experience and instruct yoga-based workouts such as Pilates, Body Flow, Yoga, Functional Balance, Core and Barre.

Moreover I am a certified TPI Golf Fitness Professional and a NASM Golf fitness instructor. I ensure my clients get the best results from workouts to improve their Golf game.

I instruct a wide variety of group classes from Boot Camp, HIIT, TRX to Yoga based to Dance classes that accommodate all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling challenged and successful.
