eGym is a computerized weight circuit where everything is automated - weight, reps, tempo, program, range of motion. Just scan your wristband and go. No experience necessary.
Sprint 8 is the best exercise for weight loss and it only takes 20 minutes, three days a week, and it is scientifically proven to work. The high-intensity portion of this cardio program amounts to just four minutes per workout. Challenge yourself with the Sprint 8 Sweat Score.
Classes are small to ensure you’re getting the best experience. Boot Camp and HIIT classes are in the MX4 studio which contains everything from battle ropes, landmines, slam balls, TRX suspension straps, and boxing bags to sled and parachute simulators. Low intensity classes in the FOD studio offer Pilates mat and other mind-body style classes..
Personal Training by a certified trainer helps you push yourself while learning safe technique and proper form to focus on your personal goals.
Weight stations help you challenge more muscle groups. Chose between an all-in-one functional trainer, half rack, Smith machine, kettle bells and dumbbells. Trainers are always available to help.
